I had a great experience at this service station recently! Stopping to fill up my car, I was impressed by how welcoming the staff were. They greeted me with smiles and even offered assistance with the pump, which was lovely. The convenience store had a nice selection of snacks and drinks, perfect for my journey ahead. I wish they'd stock up on more local products, as I think that would really enhance the experience. Overall, a solid pit stop!

I recently stopped by this service station while driving through Stornoway, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained and clean the entire area was. It’s not often that you find a petrol station that prioritises cleanliness to such an extent. The pumps were easy to use, and I found the fuel prices to be quite reasonable, especially given the remote location. What truly stood out to me was the staff. I had a lovely interaction with the attendant who was not only helpful but also very friendly. He took the time to provide me with some local recommendations for places to eat and visit, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice to have a chat with someone who knows the area well! Additionally, I noticed that they had a small shop attached, which I hadn’t expected. I popped in to grab some snacks for the road, and the selection was impressive. From local treats to your classic road trip essentials, they seemed to have it all. The prices were fair, and the staff member working there was equally as cheerful and helpful as the one at the pump. If there’s one tiny area for improvement, it would be the signage for the shop's opening hours, as it wasn’t very clear. But overall, this service station exceeded my expectations. If you're in the area or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by. You’ll not only fill up your tank, but you might leave with some local insights and tasty snacks as well! I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Stornoway.
